Application. A $30 application
processing fee per adult is required. This is
payable by money order or cashier's check only.
A copy of your valid Driver's
License, Picture ID or Passport as well as your
Social Security Card.
Verifiable history of tenancy
in good standing
Verification of current income.
Our minimum income standard:
Gross monthly Income should be twice the rent
We will reject all applications
with any evictions and/or bad credit history.
Move in costs = first month's
rent + one and 1/2 month's rent for security deposit. Double security deposit if with guarantor.
Total move in cost must be
paid by money order or cashier check. No cash
or personal checks are accepted.
These standards
are applied to all applicants regardless of race,
